On Saturday August 25th at 2:30AM a male subject was approached by two suspects in the 600 block of 9th St NE , at which time the suspects demanded the victim’s property. The victim refused and a struggle ensued between the assailants and the victim, after which the suspects fled north on 9th St NE without obtaining any property. A police report was prepared for an Assault With Intent To Rob.
